Item usually shipped within 2-3 business days after confirmation of payment. Once item is shipped, it may then take up to 6 business days to reach destination (within mainland US), depending on location.
Please contact us for shipping costs/times to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Please ensure that you provide correct shipping address information to avoid delays/problems with delivery etc. It is also recommended that a contactable phone number is included by the buyer in the ship to address so that UPS or the Post Office can call you if they have trouble delivering the package.
International Shipping: Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.

If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us within 7 days for instructions on product return. Item will need to be packed carefully in original packaging box with original packaging materials. It must be in re-sellable condition (not damaged during return shipping) to qualify for refund. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. This is why we recommend insuring your return shipping. We reserve the right to refuse refund if above conditions are not met. Once item is deemed in original condition and re-sellable, buyer will be refunded cost of item (minus 15% re-stocking fee).
On occasion although extremely rare, an item may arrive defective. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible for further instructions. If item is inspected and deemed defective, buyer is responsible for return shipping of item and we will ship replacement item at no cost to the buyer. Return item needs to be packed in original box with original packaging materials just as it was shipped to the buyer to qualify for refund/replacement after inspection.
